Named after some of Wales' most spectacular castles, our holiday hire narrowboats offer a choice of sizes, number of berths and even propulsion. Castle Narrowboats have operated both diesel narrowboats and electric narrowboats for over 20 years.
Each of our excellent narrowboats is well designed with central heating, radio CD player, colour television and DVD, hot & cold water to the shower, basin and sink. The galley area has a full size cooker, fridge, sink and a comprehensive inventory. Co-ordinating bedding is provided either in the form of double duvets or single sleeping bags. The boats are thoroughly cleaned and maintained before you arrive to ensure you enjoy your narrowboat holiday with us.
A comprehensive briefing is always provided and we will take time to make sure you are happy before we leave you to your narrowboat holiday in Wales.

A slightly wider boat, refurbished for 2011, with a double which you make up in the front and three singles in the rear. The two singles in the rear can be joined together to make a king size bed.
Y-Fenni Castle moored at our wharf on the Mon & Brec. She has a cruiser stern.
In the separate rear cabin there are 3 singles, the bottom two convert to make a large double.
